SoJoGo partners with purpose-driven organizations to deepen the impact of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives. We believe leadership commitment to EDI creates sustainable and transformational change.
We recognize that every individual has unique perspectives about the world and a rich personal story. When individuals are encouraged and supported to share their entire self with others it enriches everyone around.
We tap into the energy and passion gained by personal triumphs and the inherent choice to transform struggle into achievement and life challenges into personal character.
We are committed to continually improving professional leadership and personal growth through self-reflection and the realization that the quest for mastery is a lifelong process.
